Peace Lutheran Sanctuary Improvements Survey

The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from the congregation about the proposed improvements to our Sanctuary. These recommendations are the result of a taskforce working with a consultant to address some of the problems in the Sanctuary and to enhance its beauty. Taskforce members are Lana Berkland, Vickie Appino, Don and Lois Houwman, and Pastor Rolf. Our consultant is John Nordlie, who installed our organ and designed and built our chancel furniture and baptism font.

These Sanctuary improvements are intended to enhance the experience of worship and make technological updates for a digital age. Our current sanctuary was designed in 1998. Many things have changed since then and our congregation has grown. After fifteen years of use it is time to make some improvements.

The picture below is by local artist Marian Henjum. The proposal is that these improvements be paid for through special gifts and memorials, and not through the regular budget.
