Our Congregation Will Pray for You
You have heard the saying “Prayer Changes Things.” We believe that. Some members of our church belong to prayer chains, regularly praying for those requesting special prayers. If you have a prayer request, click here to e-mail Peace Lutheran; it will be passed on to our prayer chain. Please let us know in your email if your request is for:
- Pastors only
- Prayer Chain
- Congregational prayer in Worship services
Hospitalized? Let us pray for you
Peace Lutheran’s pastors share responsibility for calling area hospitals and checking for members who are hospitalized. Patients need to give the hospital permission to be on a list that is accessible to pastors by a special code. However, it occasionally happens that even if you provide permission to the hospital, your name may not be properly entered into its database. This often happens when persons are admitted through the emergency room.
To assure a pastoral visit, be sure to call the church office – 361-3683 – with the information. Because of privacy laws, the call should be made by the patient, a family member, or a hospital staff member. If you wish to be included in the prayers of the church during worship, this will be clarified by a pastoral visit.
When you are hospitalized, your church family wants to be there to help you through the healing process and bring God’s comfort.
