Peace Lutheran offers a number of support groups, some of which are a direct ministry of the church and others that meet at Peace on a regular basis. Often it is those who have similar experiences who are best able to listen to and offer care to others who are faced with challenges.

Grief Support Group — Participants are given opportunities to discuss various aspects of recovering from grief and loss situations, particularly the deaths of family members or friends.
Prayer Shawl Group — The Peace Prayer Shawl Ministry is a small group of women who turn their love of knitting and crocheting into a prayer ministry for the benefit of members of Peace Lutheran Church. Read more about this ministry here.
Peaceful Stampers - This card-making and paper-crafting group meets a Sunday afternoon each month to create beautiful ways to show our love and support for one another. Cards are given to members and people in the community needing a pick-me-up and reminder that someone is thinking of them.
Mothers of Multiples — This group, designed for mothers who have twins, triplets, or other multiples, meets on the first Tuesday of the month, from September through May.
Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group — This group meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday, in the Shalom Room, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It is open to those suffering pulmonary hypertension or other pulmonary diseases, and their primary caregiver. Group members are most often referred by physicians; sessions are led by group members.
