To be part of this conversation, you can connect in any of the following ways:

1. By tablet or smartphone

a. Download the Zoom app ahead of time from your app store
b. Once you have downloaded the Zoom app, follow the “Join by computer” instructions below.

2. By computer (if your computer has a webcam and microphone)

a. Close any program on your computer that uses your webcam
b. Have headphones available if possible to minimize feedback
c. Click the link corresponding to your Zoom meeting, this should automatically and quickly download to your computer
d. Once Zoom has launched, a screen should pop up asking for your name. This will identify you during the meeting.
e. You should now be part of the meeting. Click the buttons that say “Join Video by Computer” and “Join Audio by Computer”.

3. By cell phone (so you don’t have long distance charges), dial in using your phone to the number provided by the meeting host

When prompted, dial meeting number ___ ___ ___, password ___ ___.  (Meeting number and password provided by host). Your phone will be automatically muted once the meeting starts. If you want to speak, press *6 to unmute your phone.
